Manifesto
We were dead.
Now we work.
NARQAN was built by two addicts who overdosed on fentanyl, died, and got sent back. Everything we make is what we did with the time we were given twice.

I
The fall
Two of us. Same city, same hunger, same hole. What started as something to get through the night turned into fentanyl, and fentanyl takes everything it touches. We stopped being people and became a habit — lying, stealing, nodding out in parked cars, chasing a feeling that had already left.
II
The flatline
One night we both went under. Someone found us. Naloxone, sirens, a hospital ceiling, a doctor telling our families to prepare for the worst. We were gone long enough that coming back wasn't a metaphor. We woke up in a room with our names on a clipboard and nothing else left to lose.
III
The return
Nobody hands you a second life and tells you what to do with it. We had the same two choices everyone in that position gets: go back under, or put the energy somewhere that can hold it. We chose the second thing, and we chose it together, because doing it alone is how you end up in the same car.
IV
The work
NARQAN is where it goes now. Every hour we used to spend chasing a bag goes into cutting, sampling, sewing and shipping. High-end streetwear in small runs, made by hand, made black, made to outlast the night. Nothing here is casual — the clothes are the receipt that we're still standing.
For everyone
carrying the same scar
If you've been in that room, you know exactly what these clothes are. Wear them as a rep for the fact that you're still here, and that you chose to make something instead. That's the whole brand.
Still here. Still working.
